Positivity and Consistency

I was talking to Kathy at her session on Tuesday at lunchtime and to help get her mentally ready for her workout, I asked her to think during her warm up what are her 5 behaviors to focus on to get to her ultimate goal (asked her to repeat that to me too).  Her first two were "positivity and consistency" and we talked about the other 4 but that was at the top of her head. She has lost weight, gained immeasurable inner strength and quite a bit of out strength - look at those arms - but thought we could all take something from that lesson today.
