These are the TOP 2 complaints I hear.

The number 1 objection I hear is "I want to workout more but I am exhausted and I have no time!"
First, don't look to your workout to reduce a certain "area" by "working that area." The places the body stores and reduces fat is genetically controlled. Just look around at families and notice their storage areas. Some fat storage areas are indeed common to most people, but for ALL PEOPLE this is the strategy: overall body fat loss will shrink all areas over time, but losing fat is one spot is virtually impossible. No matter where we store fat, we can firm muscle under the fat and we can reduce overall body fat with metabolic training and nutrition plans. But most say they don't have the energy for all that.
